Threads of Hope Kingston
A grassroots volunteer group that works daily with Kingston's unhoused community, providing care packages, tents, sleeping bags, clothing, and other essentials, and advocating for better supports.
P.O.E.T.: Peer Outreach Empowerment Team
Founded by Melissa Reid, POET offers low-barrier support, advocacy, and emergency help built on more than 20 years of lived experience.
